EDEN MILL
Project Management, QS, and Principal Designer roles for the refurbishment and fit out works within the historic building at the Guardbridge Paper Mill site for the new distillery and visitor centre in Fife.
The building was situated within the University of St Andrews’ Eden Campus and works involved assisting the client with on going landlord liaison for the shell works, alongside ensuring compliance for stringent fire safety measures throughout the design, and construction period.
This project was a Scottish Property Awards finalist in 2026.
